i want to install macos hackintosh in my dell xps 13 9310, and it have OPENCORE TIGER LAKE-U is it possible to install it or no? with the drivers too?

Start with Ventura, and if it doesn't work try Monterey or Big Sur. Use Notebook Rocket Lake EFI.

But your computer has the Intel 11th gen cpu. For that computer you specify, use only the Rocket Lake Notebook EFI.
