problem with install mavericks 10.9 on toshiba satellit a665

Hello

I have downloaded ur mavericks 10.9 usb installer

but i have some problems in installing it so plz help me

i have windows 7 on my pc first of all i create chemelon bootable usb using chemelon bootsector and boot file

i boot my laptop using chemelon usb then i choose my usb intaller after that it loading all drivers

then i see this message

errors encountered while starting up the computer pausing 5 seconds

after that i see

starting darwin x86-64

and some args

then computer restarted

plz plz plz help me i have worked on this subject for 3 weeks nothing done

when i use mavericks usb and try to boot with it my computer tell me that failed to boot from usb

Yes but the problem is

When i boot dirctly from usb on my disktop it's boot verywell but when i try to boot dirktly from img usb on my laptop i get failed to boot message !!!

with that info .. and like u say is only with laptop .. the image boot good in others pc.

is this image use uefi boot or bios boot ?

u can use clover or chameleon

chameleon legacy boot

when boot hit 1 and goes to chameleon

The image has both UEFI and legacy BIOS boot, but UEFI works only for APTIO as the topic says

Try using cpus=1 in boot args, some Toshiba laptops have TSC sync problem.

how to put cpus=1 in clover boot ?

Inside "options" menu, in "boot args".

You should see "-v npci=0x2000", just add " cpus=1".

Try with Chameleon to make sure you are in legacy boot.

the image is bootable usb with clover boot loader

do u know why can i boot from usb in my desktop but i cant do it in my laptop ?

Probably because your desktop is more compatible and works with default settings.

Default boot loader is Clover

If you want to use Chameleon press 1 at boot

in my laptop i use another usb to boot to usb of image i dont know if is ok to press 1 to load with chameloan
