@MaLd0n I have done fresh installation and did usb remap with Hackintool.

 

Using A Second SSD Of 250GB For Ventura.

Here Is Another Run Me Generated File After Apply The Fix You Provide. After Applying This USB Device Can't Turn On PC From Sleep Only Power Button Works.

I am also facing a weird issue. when ever I shutdown or restart Ventura bios time gets resetted
