System specs, And anyone can help ?

I have tried a long time to get it working but everything i do seems not to work, i face allot of errors stuckness i cant even get it to the installer. I see many people having it working with the same system specs.

I get display, But many times with opencore i get only to the text and last time i did it (yesterday) I faced a screen with [ PCI Configuration begin ] And that for like 30 minuts and i needed to reboot the pc. I have changed the things in the bios that i needed, but still stuck. Anyone has a suggestion ?

Xeon E5-2670V3 12 Cores 24 threads,
DDR4 16Gb
3Tb HHD, and 256 SSD,
GTX 1650 & Radeon RX 570 4gb
