Want to mention im having frequent random restarts, never encountered this on Monterey :/

Im running z390 aorus pro wifi, 5700xt, and i9 9900k cpu

How do i do that? Ive done several hackintosh's already but each one went off without a hitch, so i dont have a lot of troubleshooting experience.. Is there an app i use to check debug? And what would i be looking for? Thanks for you help man!
