Stuck on Grey screen Dell latitude E6440

Hay tell me what's wrong with Dell laptops stuck on Grey screen, only mouse cursor is moving and no option is available after verbose text...plz help me how to fix it. with same Efi install Monterrey successfully. and its happen first time laptop is working fine....

Also install MAc Monterery on same Efi but this time stuck on grey screen

i tried alot by setting bios and chnging port even disable secure boot from proper trees etc

-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB
-Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen
