After ANOTHER motherboard blew up on me this week I finally figured out I have a bad PSU so this might be the last DSDT I request for a few months...

I moved my fenvi and all parts to my only spare so this is it. this works or I am doomed!

I got it to boot with opencoremod but had to make a couple changes through trial and error:

had to add the CPUR ssdt, USB Map. update AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement and the other kexts, and used a slightly different AMDOSX patch (the AMD7800x one from the latest OCAT got it booting)

those 4 changes got it up and running.
