Kernel Panics "High CPU Use"

I have faced Kernel Panics and I don't know what is cause this ? any help  .

it's happened after opened VSCode application but after restart I opened it again it's work with Kernel Panics !!

so this Kernel Panics due to efi folder ! I have to add kext to make Mac read processor correct.
