susano Posted November 29, 2022 Author Posted November 29, 2022 Hi, I tried to follow Opencore guide and my display keeps flickering like this. https://vimeo.com/776151323 What should I check in this case?
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 29, 2022 Administrators Posted November 29, 2022 -Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB -Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation -Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead -Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
susano Posted November 30, 2022 Author Posted November 30, 2022 Thank. After I add this property in Device section, it works. Now it's able to run into a Disk utility, I'll try to install later. Hope it's fine. Key Type Value device-id Data 9B3E0000 1
susano Posted December 15, 2022 Author Posted December 15, 2022 I installed MacOS Big Sur on my machine, however only the VGA port is working, HDMI port doesn't. Could you check my EFI config? I need to use both VGA and HDMI port. Many thanks. EFI config
