Bootloop continues at this section...

"Collection UUID matches with loaded kc's

Rematching count 2"

Restarts right at that area every time

I tried to attach image but won't accept jpeg

Check ur procedure

Bios/uefi in full default, just disable csm if need with amd gpu

-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB
-Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

maldon , I've gone back through entire procedure,

here is a summary. I have Ventura install on external hd, I have the coffeelake efi you posted , I also have the updated Ventura clover files for clover Ventura efi. both Efi's boot into Monterey no problem, both Efi's get stuck in boot loop with Ventura. I am seeing a "failed to initialize volume keybag, err = 2

please advise

ran config through open core validator with 0 errors- I'm uploading efi and screenshot where boot loop is occurring ,please take a look and let me know what you can

zip contains efi without resource folder and has image of kexts used and of screenshot showing where boot loop happens.  resource folder contains same as efi you posted for coffeelake (needed to reduce file size to upload)

EFI 2.zip

I've got issue with a HP ProDesk G6, black screen after installation but the kext for airport and bluetooth aren't working
After updating these, I got black screen. Go back to Monterey with same EFI and it's works at 100%…
Ventura isn't ready for my configuration ?
