I have downloaded the Vanilla Monterey Image and made a bootable USB-stick. Then I copied the EFI Desktop CoffeeLake on to it, the one from this link:
https://www.olarila.com/topic/25111-hackintosh-efi-folders-for-all-chipsets-with-opencore-mod/

My Hardware:
Gigabyte Z370m Dh3
Intel i5 8700k
Nitro RX 470

If I boot into the Installation for Monterey, I first get the message bellow followed by I crash, see screenshots attached:
authenticate _ef_forwarded _roothash:2809: apfs extract _root hash_and manifest failed with error: Invalid argument (22)

The screen looks all scrambled, almost like there was an issue with the graphics driver. I have deactivated the internal iGPU and the monitor is hooked up to my RX 470

On the boot screen I also get the option to install Mojave, this seems to work fine, but I need a more up to date version of OS X.
Any ideas?

u need follow instructions

-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB
-Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen
