Cannot configure my iGPU, Monterey Vanilla installation

Hello there.

So my specs are:
MB: MSI B360 Gaming Plus
CPU: Intel i5 8400
iGPU: Intel UHD 630 (using DP to HDMI cable)
dGPU: GTX 1060 6GB

I am trying to install macOS Monterey, since I saw that GTX 1060 is supported on Monterey using OpenCore Legacy Patcher (OCLP), but I am currently running Windows and can't get the installation right.

So I unplugged the dGPU and tried using the iGPU, followed the guide at: https://www.olarila.com/topic/5794-hackintosh-guide-install-macos-with-vanilla-olarila-image-step-by-step-install-and-post-install-windows-linux-or-mac/page/1/

Steps done:
1- Downloaded Monterey raw image.
2- Burnt it using balenaEtcher on 16GB flash drive.
3- Downloaded OC Coffee Lake EFI folder from the link in the guide.
4- Used iMac19,1 on GenSMBios.
5- Added "-igfxvesa" to my boot-arg.

Results: sometimes I would get a crash, others I just get a grey screen with a cursor, ... etc.

My questions are:
1- Should I unplug my dGPU to install, then reinstall and patch it once I successfully installed? If so, how do I configure my iGPU?
2- What SMBios model should I be using to have the best compatibility with my specs?
3- Is my config file configured correctly?
