graphics freak out when fully booted

I have a dell inspiron 5767 with 8gb of ram, 1tb hdd, a intell core i5 7200u with the intel hd graphics 620, and for some reason it doesn't show anything on the screen instead it just freaks out and flickers any suggestions on how i could try and fix this? I wish I could show a picture but this website has attachment limitations.

so i got a reply from someone in the olarila facebook group about this problem I'm having and they said go on here and find "start with usb" where would that be?
