Hi, I have created bootable USB by BalenaEtcher as the guide mentioned.

When I click to install macOS Monterey, it is showing matching deffered by IOUSBHostHIDDevice and after 2 to 3 min, the legendary prohibitory symbol ? appears. I have tried it by switching USB-3 to USB-2 but doesn't work. Please guide me.

followed this guide-

Some Basic Information

-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB

-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files

-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead

-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

same here.

My setup is Z390 deignare, i9 9900k. Exactly same spot, stuck and displays Apple stop sign with a url at. the bottom support.apple.com/mac/startup.

anyone with a solution?

There must be something wronng with the ports config but i tried booting on usb2, but the usb stick is not even seen there, so i plugged it on usb3 port. Even though, don't think this is the problem.
