I also have the issue which is the overall performance, benchmark performance is significantly lower than average on any GPU. GTX760 and RX470 performance is almost the same here (around 40-50 fps on Cinebench r15 while performance on Windows are around 60-70 fps)

CSM is disabled. All recommended BIOS settings
