is not perfect with all p and e cores but just working fine

use p and he enable and disable e cores for now

I'm using a Ryzen 9 5900X rig right now but I can't use virtualization and some android emulators won't work so I'm thinking to switch back to Intel and I'm wondering about the stability and the performance on Alder Lake i9 12900K.

For virtualization I used to use VMWare and Parallels and I used BlueStacks for Android emulation so do you have any suggestions?
