Virtual Box Black Screen

Hi there and thanks for looking,

I am busy trying to Install Mountain Lion on Virtual box, I am using the 2 Hackboots from the tutorials also. My problem is that when i boot up the hackboot 1 and then goto the actual ISO image it will load and get stuck at boot - args [loads of numbers] after that it will then just go to a black screen and nothing happens?

Any ideas/ help would be greatly appreciated. I am a game developer and need this to be able to run our app on Xcode and the Iphone.
