gazza35 Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 Hi all, I have been running Catalina for around a year, no issues, all booting and running fine on my I5, Radeon HD7900 series card, 16gb ram, Gigabyte H61m-s2pv. I kept getting nagged with an update to 10.15.7 in Catalina and i stupidly clicked to accept, now my system is in trouble, it goes through the boot process, has added an update boot to clover, but no matter how i reboot my machine now i have a black screen once it loads up, no picture at all. Is there a way to undo the update which i dont think has successfully completed, or is there something i can do to get my display back on so i can see whats happening? Any input or help at this stage would be greatly accepted, please, someone will have the knowledge, i dont, i just need it up and running again before i have to go and wipe it all and start again. Thanks in advance.
