Lenovo Ideapad 3 14IIL05 Ice Lake 1005G1 - Issues with trackpad and audio

Hello!

I know I shoundn't have done this, but I used the Ideapad S145 EFI folder to boot. (I was aware errors could happen due to DSDT and that's the case). It booted but now trackpad isn't working and when I plug my headphones audio sound pretty distorted.

Here's the send me file. Pretty sure there's a lot of things that are wrong.

Send me MacBook-Pro-de-Overlord.zip
