u can remove all usb devices for check if problem is some device connected

just did still same issue 

 

graphics card was not showin' in windows ‘cause it's dead from motherboard but i also disabled it from BIOS so it's not detecting it 

 

and there's one way to make a shutdown work but there's one problem let me explain it in step by step manner 

*laptop is off*

(pressed power button) display and keyboard turns on after 1 second everythin' shut's down **makes click sound** 

after 5 seconds laptop turns on automatically then it works normal and it also shut's down properly 

 For this to work i have to make windows partition in ssd and install windows after that it'll work and i can also remove that partition it'll still work but if i enter in BIOS then it won't work.

Sir I'm getting location service issue it's not working it was workin' before and it's already turned on but it doesn't show location
