I need your help

I tried to install mac os Big sur on my pc, but i have error while installation. I tried to change date or install another versions of macos, and i have error every time. I can't even understand whole error, because my russian is really basic.

My pc specs:

-ASUS x99 Series

-Intel Xeon 2620v3

-Rx 580 4gb sapphire nitro

-8GB ram ddr4 2600mhz (working with lower clock)
