I am having odd USB mapping issues and yes I have watched both your explainer videos on USB port mapping but something different is happening I think.

i9-9900k / 390z Designare / 64GB DDR4 / Radeon VII
OpenCore // OS 11.2

I could not get several ports to show up in Hackintool. So I used IOReg and STILL the Thunderbolt type C ports would not activate (on restart or hot swap).
On top of that my USB 3.1 ports are all grouped on the same identifier. As you can see ALL of the USB 3.1 gen 1 are reporting as SS07

My type A USB 3.2 gen 2 come up separate BUT I can't get the same disks to mount using a C type cable in the thunderbolt ports.

The Interior Motherboard Header is powering my Fenvi-919 card and is HS11 (that is operating but I wanted to make sure we don't remove it as I need that power)

Here is a pic of what is going on and I have also attached a Send Me file which I just ran.

Any help wold be greatly appreciated! thank you!
