Muito top Maldon! Tenho esse mesmo notebook, me tira algumas dúvidas. O meu está no BigSur 11.4, rodando quase 100%, só não funciona o HDMI. 
Se eu apenas atualizar para o Monterey pelo modo desenvolvedor vai funcionar de boa?

E o HDMI, alguma chance de funcionar nesse Monterey?

I was able to upgrade from Sys Pref over Big Sur and everything was working fine. Tho, i did get a few random reboots. But when i tried to do a clean install no luck. I was using Big Sur EFI for mu USB.

Done and Done. Works very well compared to when Big Sur was in Beta 1 phase. It feels much smoother and faster than Big Sur does. I switched over from Monterey test disk to Big Sur and BS feels slow, apps in Monterey seems to load much faster including web pages in safari opens faster.

seems to work great so far. Only problem is that one displayport port works, so I cannot get my other screens working (3 screens with an RX580) (edit1: also after resetting NVRAM)

Olá MaLd0n, eu vi que vc tem 2 partição uma do windows e outra do monterey, a pergunta como você faz para escolher qual sistema vai inicializar ? estou usando o opencore tenho o windows e big sur e não consigo inicializar pelo windows na minha pasta EFI tenho OC e quando preciso inicializar o windows deleto o OC e coloca a da microsoft, se eu deixar OC e Microsoft inicia só pelo windows mesmo eu apertando F12 quando ligo o notebook, existe alguma forma mais facil de escolher o sistema operacional quando for ligar o notebook ?

Does anybody has issues with native AppleALC Audio? 

So, I mean I had working audio only with -alcid=1 bootflag on my config. Plist on opencore. 

 

But Now on monterey its not working, the only way to get audio again is with voodoohda installer with Kext Utility. 

Cuz, I cant copy or edit the S/L/E folder, neither disabling SIP protection with csrutil disable.

Because, as the new kexts are in the KEXTS folder of OC in EFI, probably these commands won't do anything:

 

sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/
sudo chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/
sudo kmutil install --update-all
sudo kcditto

Just a feedback.

Still no sound from the ALC892.
I have the new kexts, OC 0.7.0 and just ran the utility to rebuild the cache. I tried with the original flags and the beta ones and no sound with any of them.

As I saw a lot of people complaining about the audio, I will wait a little bit, there is a long road until the final version.
But, if someone wants me to try something, let me know. It is a test HD so no problem poking around.

The same problem with asus x299, maybe wait for AppleALC 1.6.2. also updated to O.C  0.7.0 and latest kexts and rebuild the cache and everything works fine, except audio.
