I need help to install Big Sur on Asus Z10PE-D16 WS

Sytem: Catalina / 2x Xeon E5-2650 v3 / Samsung 960 PRO M.2 SSD 500GB / Graphic GeForce GT 710

In use: OpenCore 0.6.9

I'm trying to install via USB-Big Sur and the same EFI file, but stuck at boot screen with AppleNVMe Assert failed Error

With same EFI and Catalina 10.5.17 system runs just great, also the Installation via USB-Catalina run's without problem.

I attached the EFI and Screenshot
