hotboi Posted August 20, 2021 Posted August 20, 2021 (edited) On first shot no wireless or ethernet working. Ethernet get ip from router and dns, but no connection. Browser doesn't load page. Bluetooth connected AirPods, so bluetooth is working. EDIT: Disabled FakePCIID.kext & FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext. Configued IPv4 to Manually and Manually as well under Hardware tab, full-duplex, flow-control, then Internet works. Edited August 20, 2021 by hotboi Update

Configued IPv4 to Manually and Manually as well under Hardware tab, full-duplex, flow-control, then Internet works. My system still freezes when the ethernet cable is attached. can anyone help?

I used the efi folder that was shared with hotboi, disabled FakePCIID.kext & FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext. Wifi works..ethernet works even with DHCP..no freezing. UAD Apollo Twin and Oct Sat working! hotboi Posted August 23, 2021 Posted August 23, 2021 Yes, upon further inspection the culprit is in the Hardware tab. As long as you change the Hardware settings, you can leave IPv4 on DHCP.

klbailey3 Posted September 5, 2021 Posted September 5, 2021 i'm running..the only thing now is that I'm getting error code -38 and now -50 with my uad gear...i have the apollo twin mkII and the octo sat. all i have to do to get back going is find that disabled plugin and turn it off and back on..but its a pain and the bigger the session the more frequently it happens.. weird thing is it mostly happens with avalon vt-737sp, capital chambers..i think its because they both push a heavy load. Troubleshooting Disabled UAD Plug-Ins – Universal Audio Support Home (uaudio.com) Also, in my Graphics/Displays my "AMD Radeon RX 580" show as Type: GPU, Bus: PCIe, Slot: AirPort my NVIDIA card is there but labeled as just "Display" Type: GPU, Bus:PCIe, Slot: Slot-2..only has generic details and Kernel Extension info says: No Kext Loaded Not sure if its being utilized to its full capabilities or not. I am with my hackintosh Gigabyte z590 Vision D + Intel core i9 10850 k + Radeon RX570 + FENVI t919 + GC TITAN RIDGE AIC FLASHED. SMBIOS: iMac Pro 1.1 I get Hot plug in thunderbolt thanks to this card. My problem, the only one (I think) for now, is that my ethernet ports are recognized, but I get: self-Assigned IP ... I don't have the kext fakepcid ... etc. Any suggestion?
