Well done Mr. Maldon,
I had to add 1 kex.txt otherwise no wiffi at the end of the installation
- No internet cable
- No HDMI so no sound
- No WebCam because all the USB ports are disabled, the same if I put a wired mouse

When you have time for see ty by advance

is there an argument to enable RJ-45 lan port
because still no internet by cable and no HDMI sound
I also seek that my eyes are no longer in front of the holes

I tried to 11.2.3 to 11.3 and never been able to finalize
because more keyboard and mouse
so used the Maldon work and made my usd key for a new install
on my other hack never had a pb and now with new 11.4 beta

check procedure and remember u need work with 15 ports limit

if u have many usb2 like 10 for example, only 5 usb3 work

I don't know if this information is real but read about it more than one time on the web:

Each USB2 ports count as 1 and each USB3 ports count as 2.

So for example, if you need 5 USB3 ports you are limited to 5 USB2 ports due to the MacOs limit (5x2 + 5x1 = 15).

usb3 work with hsxx and ssxx ports(usb2 and usb3)

Ssxx is used to map USB2 ports only, right? Of course a USB3 port backward compatible with USB2 also do the trick.

Hsxx is cannot be used to map a USB2 only port. Correct?

Im using OC 0.70 and Big Sur 11.3.1

I got it doing change "Config.plist>Kernel>Quirks>XhciPortLimit = False" to get USB2 devices working on USB3 ports..

after doit all my USB ports get it works like before , my printer , everything..

yes with this tutorial I have upgraded to desktop and mini pc without any issue. only noticed that old USB method was recognizing Asmedia USB 3.2 and Type-C but now it is recognized by another controller and they work independently from XHCI 15 port.
