OpenCore-0.6.8-RELEASE.zip

you can take a suggestion from these videos (they refer to version 0.6.7 but the procedure is the same for 0.6.8)

Replace file in your EFI

Edit the Sample.plist of the new release (to be renamed to config.plist) key by key equal to your old config.plist (0.6.6)
