Hello Everyone,

I hope so everyone is fine ?

Well this weekend I had some free time, so I took in place some old forgotten project of myself.

My Laptop:

Asus N551JK / Intel HD4600 / GTX 850M (Disabled) / HDD 1TB 7200RPM / Intel HD 4600

After a couple of hours, following Dotrania Guide I've made, everything basic working:

  1. Intel Cpu acelleration
  2. Bluetooth (Intel 7260)
  3. Wireless (Intel 7260 + heliport)
  4. Intel HD 4600 Graphics + HDMI
  5. Sound with Voodoo HDA, working hotkeys.
  6. Disabled GTX 850M (-wegnogpu) add device to Config.plist to disable.
  7. Generate SSDTTTIME aml files.

Next time I have some free time I will do the following fixes (SSDT/DSDT):

  1. Patch Baterry (Done in Past)
  2. Patch GTX 850M
  3. Fix Screen Brightness
  4. Fix Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 for Brightness Control
  5. Fix USB Ports mapping with Hacking Tool (Done in Past)
  6. Fix Hibernate
  7. Fix Sound Over Hdmi
  8. Fix Keyboard Lights
  9. Fix TouchPad Gestures

I've already made some MaciASL in past, but now I can't remember what are the patches in each one of them, so I must do again.

Results Until 04/04/2021

Thanks for the Links @MaLd0n?

Hopefully this weekend I will take another ride in this Hackintosh rollercoaster.

I attached my EFI just in case someone needs it, took out some kext because of the upload limit:

-AirportItlwm.kext

-itlwm.kext

-AppleALC.kext

-IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext

One quick question:

When I start my laptop now, is taking some time (1-2 min) to reach OC boot choose device (some cos errors), and my laptop is running the fan like the engine of a airplane, after that it gets silent.

What will fix the airplane thing, SSDT patch Nvidia, ou starting firstly in SSDT order, the one generated for my Haswell CPU?!

All the best,

Mário Santos
