Have you set in bios   SATA as AHCI ?

I wish I could help you with some practical advice. However, I can suggest restarting the whole processor, including the SSD. The best option is to have an expert run it for you. I tried to do it by myself and lost a lot of my information. I don't even remember what I did. All I know is that I needed hours to gain them back using a card recovery from https://www.salvagedata.com/memory-card-recovery/. It literally saved my life. So in case it happens to you, here is the solution. Tho, I hope it doesn't get to this. It's not fun at all. Good luck.

use catalinaAHCIport.kext if installing BIGsUr and above

Use SATA Unsupported.kext if installing Catalina or below.

format as GUID & APFS as Maldon said during installation using Disk Utility which You will have access to during install setup.

Also make sure you have HFS+.efi driver as well in drivers folder otherwise your PC will see nothing macOS related.
