After a month in storage my i9900k / Designere is booting oddly (& slowly)  and everything is opening slow and behaving poorly.

See video here:

Description of issue: Apple screen loads slowly, before OS login screen the apple and progress bar flash on the screen in the lower left corner (opposed to the center) then Catalina desktop image doesn’t load (black bg only) and the menu top bar SLOOOWLY loads and it can take 30-40 seconds  until desktop image loads and icons appear on screen. After that the entire system is slow, opening apps. Running apps, typing is laggy…. This behavior is erratic in that sometimes on restart it will load and seemingly work fine.

OK I am going to start and attempt the OC install using your OC-Vinilla App and your instructions on YT and the site here.

ONE QUESTION -- should I update my MOBO BIOS to F9j (it is currently f8), also if I follow the app and guide I am assuming I will still need some custom DSDT patching? So... assuming I can get the OS up and running, should I send you a new SEND ME file for tweaks? THANKS!

OK so I have Big Sur installed... I had a hard time getting it to take and I still can't tell if my previous issue is Hardware or software but Install and sleep and boot are all working and the SEND ME file is attached here :-) Thanks!

UPDATE - So the issues I experienced under Catalina (Clover) are now happening with Big Sur (OC)-- slow boot, slow window, BG loading, typing slow, and spontaneous shut downs. I have Removed RAM sticks and moved them to different slots, I have reset the BIOS to Dortina's Chipset recomendations, and still the issues persist. On one shutdown I got a "Boot falure detected" from BIOS on reboot attempt.

HARDWARE or BIOS or BOTH? - So I am worried that it may be a hardware issue (which would be a problem for me as I am not located in an area where there are many options for specific parts) I have done another SEND ME and am also attaching the BIOS screens just to see if something maybe sticks out to you.

I know you can't solve hardware issues ( ;-) ) however if you have any suggestions or guesses as to what may be going onI would be very grateful.

Send me sconveys-pro.zip BIOS screens.zip

ADDITIONAL QUESTION - IF it were the RAM that is causing this issue (I do see the vram debugging light sometimes throughout this process) I am wondering if it is a power issue... In Big Sur under "about this Mac" when I look at memory it has my RAM showing up at 2400MHz (but my RAM is 3600MHz Kingston Predator Hyperx) AND says there is an issue what should my BIOS ram settings be I have had X.M.P on Profile one (and not touched any of the RAM power adjustments)
