I download the Clover EFI folder of Series 300 400 and the file date was 2021/2/27.

Without any change and mount the EFI on the partition of macOS Big Sur ver 11.2.1, but the bootloader can list all the partitions exception the partition of macOS Big Sur. The listing include Windows 10 , Big Sur Preboot

Without any change the EFIs with Clover Bootloader r5127 5128 & r5129 are no problem to boot the macOS Big Sur ver 11.2.1.
