Getting errors after applying patch for my P8H67-V

Even if i don't know if someone will answer i will ask anyway.

I've tried to patch in DSDT the patch for my MB Asus P8H67-V (dowloaded from here).

After that i get 142 errors, that i can't fix. I can't compile to have my sound work.

Has anyone any ideea how to make it work

My audio device is 8086:1c20 (ALC887) 6 series C200 Intel.

I've tried everything, voodoo, kexts etc. Nothing.

Use P8 (generic) BIOS 3xxx.

For VoodooHDA you don't need HDEF patch in DSDT.

Insert your ID in Info.plist

Thank you. You are right. But i still get 1 error that i have even before patching.

error _HID suffix must be all hex digits (GH).

You know how how to fix this. Can i delete that line from editor?

I don't know what you meen with that. I supose that i have to install voodoo and after that?

Sorry, i'm new in this, trying to learn as much as posible from everywhere.

Anyway , it's a start. I'm gone google for voodoo and Insert your ID in Info.plist
