Theme Clover problem icon with yellow and black bars??

hi guys i have a problem with clover theme.
I have icons with yellow and black bars, I have modified the icon and renamed it with .icns (os_mac.icns for example) but it doesn't work.
What program do I use to modify icns icons that work with Clover? Is it a theme.plist problem? I leave image and icon that I try to insert. Thanks guys a greeting

it doesn't work, I think my problem is with my Clover. thanks for your help
