Problem with Dual Monitors on Big Sur

Hey there, its me again.

So, i've bought a new monitor and was so damn happy to use it, but i'm having some issues on boot when both are connected, it has some weird behavior and at the end it doesn't show image on the second monitor, only on the main one like the video below:

After boot it up, i need to disconnect and connect again the second monitor to start working, which is kind of annoying. Hope there is a solution and that someone can help me, please.

I've already made it for my HDMI port, one thing i forgot to mention is that i'm using an adapter DVI-D to HDMI on the second monitor. But i'm gonna do it again for my DVI-D port and then see whats happens again.
