While you don't have power management fixed, you will probably need NullCPUPowerManagement.kext.

Use Chameleon Wizard, check GraphicsEnabler, click on the magnifying glass next to PciRoot=1, save and try again.

Can't you boot with GraphicsEnabler=No?

Then move video kexts to backup folder http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1677

im using same graphics card an cpu as you. solved that error by using the following flags

GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRoot=1
