I installed High Sierra and everything went smoothly during the installation process but after i booted up macos didn't detect any ethernet ports.

Motherboard: Asus H110-D

CPU: I3 7100

it says built in serial port

If you have any ideas i would be grateful.

What driver do I have to download and just put it in the EFI folder?

Download the version recommended by MaLd0n, if you are using Open Core, you need to add the kext folder, and fix it to config.plist in the open core. If it is a clover, just add it to the Kexts / Other folder.
