Hi,
I'm having problem with my build made with:

Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Intel Xeon E5-2680v2
48 GB RAM
Radeon RX 480

I installed BigSur and even update to the last versione (11.2.1) but there are two problems i figured out:

I didn't manage to get USB 3 port to work, both the front ones and the MOBOs.
Geekbench score is really slow (about 600/700 in single core and 6000/6500 in multi), while Cinebench gives me good scores.

My RunMe file is more than 3 GB so I can't drag it.

1- ur usb 3 is not intel. u need one "extra kext" for that

2- if u use a geekbench 5, not a bad score
