I was successful in installing macOS Big Sur 11.1 on Acer Aspire A515-54G-53GP with OpenCore, based on this topic.

What works:
- Intel UHD Graphics 630 iGPU
- Bluetooth
- Keyboard and Touchpad (Elan 0504 I2C)
- Hotkeys
- HD User Facing
- Audio ACL255
- Android Tethering USB
- RJ45 network by Realtek RTL8111

What does not work:
- Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter
- Nvidia MX250 dGPU
