New to the scene, is my setup OK for trying out Big Sur or Catalina?

Hi, i'm new in the forum, and i need some help to install (or at least trying out) macOS: i've got near-to-0 knowledge about the Hackintosh world, and i tried following some tutorials for installing those "vanilla pre-built" images on my pc. Sadly my main issue is that i don't have a mac to set the installer, and even worse, i think my pc might not be able to run it (it lacks EFI/UEFI, it's Legacy-only) so here are my specs:

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6100 @ 3300 Mhz

Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641)

Installed RAM: 6,00 GB (DDR3) @

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710

HDD: Not a real problem, i guess
