Hi, I am trying to install it on my Acer a0571h netbook. It boots but it doesn't go to the install process. It gives this error very very fast.

"scanning device 80 ntfs fixed magic doesn't match"

I tried "chkdsk /F /R" to fix the first partition which has win8 on it, but it didin't change anything. Still I'm stuck "boot: " screan. I also tried " -v -x " and not work. Any suggestions? Thanks..

yes use legacy_kernel and boot the installer from nawcom mod cd...

u cpu is not supported.. so must legacy_kernel.

Hello I have succesfully instaled 10.8 using this usb image.

Tried installing chameleon bootloader but it stops at grey screen.

Instaled clover bootloader and my hackintosh now boots without usb drive but when I start my system I get bios like menu where I have to choose from what I will boot Hdd/dvd/usb. Ok when I select hdd then I have 6 green rectangles without any text and I have to sellect 2nd one to boot in partition on which I have hackintosh. Does anyone one how to fix this? So at least I can see what I select and how to get rid of boot manager at first?

looks like a theme problem, try installing a Clover theme and configure in config.plist

Installed Chimera 2.0 bootloader, and everything works great only the bootloader has very low resolution, but once it boots resolution goes back to normal. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you need, use TransMac to remove kexts which are causing problems (System/Library/Extensions) and use the flag -f (ignore caches) at boot, or remove /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext

If you get KP related to ApplePolicyControl.kext remove /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePolicyControl.kext
