artur-pt Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 hello have u read the guide to install by usb.. i think not... so read it .... If you get KP related to ApplePolicyControl.kext remove /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePolicyControl.kext that is on the guide and so more useful information. good hack PB Easy Note TM 86 - i5 430 M - H55M - Ram - 6 GB - Alc272 - Radeon HD 5470 512 QE/CI Lenovo G500 - i5 3230m - HM77 - Ram - 8 GB - Conexant audio - HD 4000 My OS X Files
artemis68 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 hallo again, i remove /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePolicyControl.kext I had the screen i read about npci=0x2000 (or npci=0x3000, ...) but my keyboard don't "write" anything on th bottom of above screen, so i download the IOPCIFamily-115 kext & with TRANSMAC replace it in bootable usb. now i'll try again... two newbie questions 1. Are all these efforts dangerous for pc's hardware (mobo, memory, etc - yes i asked again-newbie's fear)? because when i close my pc after previous screens & start again my bios makes CMOS reset .is anything to do with? 2. every effort for me is for another reason painful & difficult, i have 4 HDD in my pc that i uplug before boot from usb leaving only a 160 GB seagate sata with 2 partitions 1st in win8 64 for test & 2nd unused but formatted ntfs for macosx -god knows when-.so its very difficult after a problem (panic etc) to mount the other 3 HDDs , boot from my usual win 7 32bit , check for answer in your site , upload the screen photo for your assistance to me, try your advice , unmount HDDs , boot ..till next screen (i thought to download and print all pages from this & other linked thread but i don't know how , for having a print "manual" (with issues from other users & to do instructions), not asking you again & again for pre-commented issues.. thanks in advance for your assistance & patience
artemis68 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 hallo again, after one more try i have this screen is it so hard to make a macosx 10 8 on pc or am i unlucky? thanks
