Prastie Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Hello, I want to install Mac OS X from this bootable USB but the instaler stops. I have made a pic of the screen. Thanks in advance.
pernacabeluda Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Hello, read the first post. If you need, use TransMac to remove kexts which are causing problems (System/Library/Extensions) and use the flag -f (ignore caches) at boot, or remove /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext If you get KP related to ApplePolicyControl.kext remove /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePolicyControl.kext -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Consulting for macOS Hackintosh since 2006 HERE

Hi Prastie you mean that the win 7 partition is detected in Disk Utility and the Unpartitioned (unallocated ??) is not ? if you can see win 7 partition, you can simply format Unpartitioned part in win7 to NTFS after that if for some reason Disk Utility detected your partition but is unable to format it as Os Extended (Journaled) [it happens] you can use [Paragon Hard Disk Manager™] in win 7 and format it as Apple HFS. Hope that helps.
