u graphics card is not supported in mac os x , it can work but no aceleration

so problems with playing videos, youtube, and several software

if u try to install

remove from the installer

appleintelhd*.kext

Both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 are working for input devices like keyboards or mouses but any of them are working when I insert a USB Disk Drive. One of my USB Hard Drives has a led. When I connect that USB on Windows for example, the led remains on until I unplug it but on ML the led is on for 4 or 5 secs and then it turns off (like if it is not recieving power supply).

So strange isn't it?

i have done all tries to fix "sleep"...

i m telling what i have done....

I have done all things which you told me recent replies,u can check...

first install mac os x 10.8 usb install by deleting ati 6xxx kext, set boot option "GraphicsEnabler=No -f" then installed success,

1.then i already downloaded multi beast,this i use for enable ethernet only,

2.then i download (voodoo 2.4,Fake smc,ati 6870,null cpu power kext from your kext download link in guide,

3.after reboot graphics,sound,ethernet works..

4.then i install chameleon 2.1, i also have chemelon wizard, options are not available(hdd also not available)

5.after i check then is sleep is working...but works,

6.then i install fake smc and null cpu power after reboot sleep again not works,

7.i also tries to create extra folder include .plist, .aml etc files but not help...

my problem is also your all link guide are very tuff to understand,

i m not saying ur guide is bad, dont think that,

but very tuff,

So, Please Sir can u tell me steps for correcting sleep, without giving me link,

i know u will not make me sad,

Hey, im new to the hackintosh scene but not to multibooting and installing os's.

I managed to install the os from the usb stick but when i have to boot for the frist time it takes a long time at the bluetooth (?) loading then spits out a long string of code. I will include pictures at the end

My specs are:

Hp dv7 (i always boot with cpus=1 or else it dosent work)

i7 ivy bridge @ 2.3ghz

8gb ram

Nvidia geforce gt 630m - 2gb

2x 750gb drives (the first one is all windows 7, and the second one is 3 partitions, first is osx, second is ubuntu 12.4, third is free for now)

i also have intel hd4000 integrated graphics and bluetooth

anyways, i hope you can help, i would really love to have the choice of three os's at boot

I have the similar laptop with you, HP DV7-7012nr, but ML Installer could not detect my SATA HDD. Could you tell me what Kext you used to install ML?

Hi! I've been trying to enable HD Graphics 4000 with no luck... I installed chimera 1.11.1 as you told me and then I installed SMBios of MacBook Air 5.2 because it has HD4000 and I have all the necessary kexts but it does not work.

The about this Mac shows only 64MB of shared memory and I can't change this value on the BIOS because it is a laptop and it has not this option.

I've also tried booting with "GraphicsEnabler=Yes" flag but when it boots the screens turns black. The device ID is 0166.

Any other idea of how can I enable the graphics?

This section already content on first post ( #1 ) instructions what you should do and how to make bootable USB, also the staff already made one "RAW image" so if u'r using windows or such its easy to make it bootable, just follow the steps.

ok i have post all information of my graphic card which are listed below.

Vendor ID : 8086

Vendor: Intel Corporation

Device: 2nd Generation core Processor Family integrated graphic controller.

I get it from system info.

I check it on http://Olarila.com/kexts/ the link and on compatability List tab that is listed.

So guide me how i fix it.

Perhaps graphics is ok when i play video on youtube then screen start flickering.

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get this to work for a few days but still haven't been able to. I know it's supposed to work, cause I'm using a DSDT created by another user who uses the same MOBO as I do and has confirmed that it's compatible with OS X 10.8.

Can someone please take a look at these screens and help me figure out how to make this work?

I've already put this DSDT.aml in the Extra folder on the USB using Transmac, however I haven't been able to remove any of the video kexts from the USB nor the .RAW file, Transmac's "Delete Selected" function is greyed out when I choose any of the kexts, I've no idea why.

I have tried installing with no arguments, also with GraphicsEnabler=no and GraphicsEnabler=no -f, to no avail.

This machine's specs are:

ASUS P5K3 Deluxe

Intel C2D E8400

Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti

4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz Dual-channel (4x 1Gb)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
