You are not reading the guide

If you need, use TransMac to remove kexts which are causing problems (System/Library/Extensions) and use the flag -f (ignore caches) at boot, or remove /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext

need help urg i had installed mac ml os to my one of hard disk's partion and it was installed successfully but when i restarted it dont opened and previously installed windows os also got corrupted not its saying missing operating system

but again i tried to boot it with the same usb mac got worked but no internet connection was working so i again restarted it now agin saying missing operating system

now please help me out

It won't boot from HD unless you do steps 4 and 5 from first post.

The OS X installer doesn't write to boot sectors, it shouldn't interfere in Windows boot before you do step 4.

i get a last statement like:-

system uptime in nanoseconds = 0

as in the picture attached .

por fin lo pude instalar ML OS X runing in my sony vaio

delete video kexts

and run the installer with USBBusFix = yes

all went well

Hi,

I have a issue with my acer aspire 5750G i5 2450M NVIDIA optimus 630M. I installed Mountain Lion in one partition properly, without errors, but when I try to boot OSX by different ways:

 

GraphicsEnabler=No -f

cpus=1 -f

-x

etc., always happens the same, I get stuck or freezed on NTFS volume name Acer version 3.1 and sometimes in [iOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed like the user @surya sadhu.

After that, I flashed the bios with a mod by @akbar102, mentioned in this post of tonycrapx86 and I used his DSDT.aml in the boot

DSDT=\Extra\DSDT.aml

DSDT=\Extra\DSDT.aml -f

but I get stuck or freezed on the same place NTFS volume name Acer version 3.1.

I have tryed to boot with the three HackBoots viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1616 but I haven't got anything.

Can somebody help me? Thanks!

Finally I could install the trackpad kext

and works correctly chameleon

Pickup is at 100 x 100

install fakesmc.kext

but I lack the most important

kext wireless network

oldnapalm can help me install the files

There are many SMBIOSEFI.zip

I have the same problem with my sony vaio in about this mac

i think u problem is related with graphics

use a boot cd or delete nvidia kext from installer

if use one the boot cd, are one for graphics issues
