Hi all, can someone help me to know what is wrong in my installation please?

I am installing a Elitedesk 800 G1 mini PC with an intel core i5-4590T Hashwell 8 GB of RAM and an SSD that has windows. I assume that windows is not an issue because after I can delete the whole partition with the disk utility, anyway... tell me if is it.
