Lennon85
Hi guys! I'm using my hack since July with some issues like not sleeping/locking without restarting, and some hiccups while playing some media(audio/video). Besides that, I've been working daily with this machine and now decided to update to 10.15.4 or later because I read that it might solve some of those issues with my hardware. I'm using a DSTD provided by Mald0n, and already updated Clover and Kexts to the latest version. Amongst many things, I have tried 10.15.4 update, supplemental, and combo, and tried 10.15.7 combo as well, all with the same error after restarting and booting to install partition, the error is attached. Yes, at first I updated every kext to latest version, then tried the oldest kexts used to install de system, after that I updated the Clover bootloader then tested with old and new kexts again... Always the same problem when trying to apply any update. Will try now the updated folders you pointed out and report here. Thanks in advance for the help! Lennon85
I just spent another afternoon on that issue, tried the last EFI folder alone, and mixed with my own DSDT or config.plist, with updated and old kexts. Tried some BIOS options like disabling VT-d, manually setting PCI-ex to 3gen, disabled CSM, SATA to AHCI, and some others... I'm guessing it has something to do with my processor not having onboard video, it's the i5 9400F, in the log stack trace it mentions errors while trying to get GPU info, but I'm really stuck at this now... Lennon85
It's been more than two years since I installed my Hackintosh, I recently upgraded the bootloader to OpenCore 8.8 and the system still runs fine. I work on the machine everyday and it is stable. But I still cannot update from 10.15.3 to any other version... Can't figure this out... =/
