i had build completely OC EFI folder, i had try to boot and it only start one time fine, Its come with error "OCB: startimage failed -aborted" evry next time until now.

my spec: dell 3568

i7 7500u,intel hd620 alc256,

please help , i had disable secure boot, disable intel VT-D but no luck
