suren munoo Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 Hey Guys, I have Big Sur installed full version and runs perfectly until I changed my cpu from i3 7100K to an i7 7400. I am using OC to boot. Under overview for Mac it shows Processor as 3 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i3 and Graphics shows Intel HD Graphics 630 31MB. I cannot run web pages as the computer takes for ever to load and freezes but if I put my actual i3 CPU back it all works perfect again. running OC 0.6.3 the prebuilt version of @MaLd0n. suren munoo Posted December 8, 2020 Author Posted December 8, 2020 @MaLd0n Please help, I tied and failed, it does not boot up with whatever edits I tried adding to device properties it just gets stuck on the apple bar half way And for some reason my sound does not work anymore and the only resolution I can select under display now is 2660x1440 and it shows my monitor as 41 inch, with the other cpu I could select 1080p, had full sound via HDMI Gigabyte Z490 Vision D i7-11700K RocketLake Powercolour RX6800XT MacOS Big Sur Monterey
