Big Sur hangs while booting, now getting worse.

It was perfect.

But now, most of the times I need to reboot (it doesn't matter if I clear nvram or not) to get it loading.

Most of the times it hangs here:

And some of the times, here:

Didn't change anything.

And I am noticing if the computer goes to sleep I have to sync the time manually.

 

Any hints?

No clue how to solve this.
Sometimes take 5-8 reboots to pass this.

 

And it wasn't happening.
