Please Help Installed Big Sur but cant open dock items

Hi Everyone,

I have a Dell Inspiron 5577 Laptop

Spec:  

• Processor: Intel  i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GH, 
• Graphics:   Intel HD630 + Nvidia GTX 1050  
• Ram:           32GB

I have Managed to install Big Sur where everything works graphics, wifi, audio etc using opencore. The Only problem is that I cant open anything on the desktop and in the Dock. When I click on an app in the dock it says No preview available.  I can get into the tool bar at the top of the desktop.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

I have attached a zip file with a config.plist and an image of what the problem looks like. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your time looking at this me. The problem was my touchpad gestures settings. It now works fine.
